Hello, could someone contact me regarding order T55KPK2 as a matter of urgency. My wife purchased a console and it arrived with little to no packaging, a thin Jiffy bag posted through a letterbox half hanging out in the rain. Ignoring the postage issues, we were quite simply not happy with the quality of the item, quite abruptly not at all as advertised so we returned the parcel in the same method as it was delivered. Royal Mail first class (not tracked). We are now being told if we cannot provide tracking of the item we are not entitled to a refund? We have a photo of the parcel, with your address on, franked with a Royal Mail first class stamp, paid for as a good will gesture by us even though it probably should have been you to pay.
